casstore hi there , sorry I have not got back to you sooner, I had an emergency that took me out of town. I have researched this item using the style number and there are plenty of pics showing this item and all on women. So I believe this is a bomber jacket, hence the shortness. casstore @96dblack good afternoon. Please accept my apologies for the delayed response to your request. I have the measurements you requested. Shoulder to shoulder is 24". Pit to pit is 24".The collar is a standup collar when zipped all the way. I am giving you two measurements. One from the top of the collar to the hem and the other is from the bottom of the collar to the hem Top to hem is 20" and the bottom to the hem is 17.5"
