NWT Puff Sleeve Mixed Media Dress

adorable silhouette with puff sleeves. the shoulders were too wide for my frame. it fits like a 4 and the chest has a lot of give. the skirt is lined! Smoke / Pet-free home. Clearing out my closet due to things no longer fitting postpartum. Many of my things are still in excellent condition or are brand new.
