NWT, from Pre-Fall 2017 Collection, rare, super cool size 8, contrast black ruffle trim down sides. 100% Cotton, hook and eye zip front with button. Waist approx 15" flat, inseam 5.5". Beautifully constructed and a very nice weight. Color is Khaki in Curry. A little wrinkled😊 Photo #14 shows some hanger marks around the waistband.
