@ivory_hanger I'm trying to think if this could work fully on the shoulders. I don't recall. I'm going to try this on my mannequin to see if the drape lays nicely on up on shoulders

@ivory_hanger I just added a few more pics of the top portion. This dress didn't fit my mannequin and I didn't want to stretch it to make it fit. :/ This could work on the shoulders or at least semi-shoulder because of the elastic. The sleeve is separate from the flounce bodice.
But since every body is different so you never know for sure till you try it on. I hope this helped some! Let me know if u have any other questions!!
