And bundles are usually only for if you’re buying multiple items together in order to get a discount. rainelorrelle @brie58 and for future reference, you can check and confirm your purchases if you got it he “my purchases” tab on your Poshmark account page. Once you actually purchase the pants, they should be listed under your purchases. And I would also see them under my sales.

So I reread your comment and realized that I may need to explain what a “bundle” on Poshmark is. So that’s kind of a way to add multiple items from someone closet to a sort of “shopping cart” and get them for a discounted price.

rainelorrelle @brie58 okay. So it sounds like these items are from another “closet” or in other words are items different ppl are selling. You can only bundle items from the same closet to get a specific discount from that seller. So if all of the other items are on the same “closet” or page you can bundle them. If they’re all from different sellers, you can’t.

But I originally told you that you had purchased them. I was only hoping that me canceling the order would cancel the order since you keep changing you mind. rainelorrelle @brie58 I have contacted Poshmark Support Customer Service because I honestly don’t know how to properly proceed with this transaction in order to ensure payment on my end and only one charge to your credit card on yours. I’ve marked the item as “not sold” now and cancelled your order. So it’s not as easy as just shipping them to you because Poshmark has to generate a prepaid shipping label for me. Which they don’t unless an item is “sold”.

So I’m not getting paid just because you’re seeing a charge on your credit card....because I had to cancel the order on my end. So this is complicated and I have to figure out how it works. I will let you know what Customer Service tells me.

rainelorrelle @brie58 The only way I know to MAYBE do this is if you cancel the order on your end and repurchase the pants. Your card shouldn’t be charged twice. It’s like canceling anything else or getting a refund. I’ve done this before. But I will wait to hear back from customer service.
