NWT Pink Owl Black Midi Dress L

This NWT dress from Pink Owl is so good. I love the woven accent around the neckline! I found a small spot on one sleeve - it’s not obvious and it may come out, but I did reflect that in the price. Pictured in second to last photo. Tagged L, measures 20” ptp and 14” waist (stretches to 20”).
