NWT Philosophy A line floral skirt with zipper

This lovely skirt still has tags from Nordstrom Rack! Never have had the opportunity to wear, maybe you do? Very lovely floral pattern with zipper in the back. Labeled as size 10 but feel this brand runs small--I'm normally an 8. Material is 90% polyester and 10% elastane for a stretchy fit. The fit is Aline but with a little pencil skirt thrown in.
