Brand new full zippered precip rain pants by Marmot. Size medium short. 30” inseam down actual seam, but measure a little closer to 29” from center of gusset crotch. Elastic drawstring at ankle to bring in if too long. These zip completely from top to bottom to make it easier to take on and off without making a mess, have elastic waist so you can pull on and off. Flat Waist measures 15” with elastic unstretched and easily goes up to 22” with more room to go.
