NWT Peruvian Connection Tapestry Red Blue Tradewear Knit Pencil Skirt Medium Brand new with tags but does have a spot on the back where a couple threads are pulled. It has been mostly pulled into the inside of the skirt and can likely be pulled in more if you have the patience to mess with it lol.
