NWT Peppermayo the Palms Mini Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @carendror. Tried on and it is a bit snug, but adorable! I would suggest this for someone who usually wears an XS- for reference I am 5'2" 130 lbs and I may size up to a M! While sold to me NWT and remains so, a small bit of what looks like pilling is throughout.
