This person does not operate in good faith. Purchased item and had not received communication from the seller for 7 days. I contacted the seller to ask when my item would be shipped. She told me she had left the tracking number at home. I don't understand how this is possible since you could always look it up on your phone or on a computer. After getting support involved she provided an inaccurate tracking number and ghosted me.

@carriept I actually haven’t provided the tracking number from the USPS receipt as I’m not out of the country for a family emergency and also in the middle of moving urgently. 👍

From what I see, this Posh seller blames a family emergency, but within an hour of negative feedback she is on line and ready to respond. I also noticed that during this family emergency this seller had time to list new merchandise vs ghosting the purchaser. If you can't keep up with selling then pause your store or cancel the transaction. People will understand.
