Sure, I'll measure later tonight (probably 5 or 6 hours from now) when I get home from work.
Based on Patagonia's website, I think it will be about 41" around (so about 20" to 21" under the armpit on just the front or just the back).

@aidaaurereyes the pouch is built into the jacket. You fold the jacket down into the internal chest pocket. There is a separate/unattached bag or pouch.
