NWT Parrot Lace Top

this is a sheer lace top with a peachy tank underneath. the tank is stitched onto the top. the tank top also has adjustable straps. the shell features brightly colors birds, presumably parrots in black, orange, and electric blue surrounded by green foliage. the sleeves are puffy/exaggerated but flowy, and the back has a keyhole opening with button to get your head through. I night this and it was too small for me. the fabric does have a little stretch to it. true to size. shoulder to shoulder: 13in pit to pit: 16in waist: 15.5in sleeve length: 5.5in length shoulder to hem: 20in length pit to hem: 12in
