Are the sleeves itchy or smooth on the inside?

@annamariajodi Excellent question! The sequins are stitched on the outside of the material. I, too, hate anything scratchy or itchy, and sleeves on this do not bother me in the slightest. ( I also have this exact dress in a size 8, which I have worn several times.)
