NWT Palm Print Maxi Dress 2XL

Brand new item! Sleeveless and navy blue and white in color. The top is striped and the bottom is a palm tree print. The back of the dress falls lower than the front. Comes with a matching ribbon to be worn around waist or in hair. There is a slight dirt mark on the inside, but it doesn't show on the back of the dress (see pictures). From a smoke free home.
