NWT PARKER black and white floral dress

Beautiful, feminine, versatile dress. Never worn. I’m 5’9” and slip (sewn in as part of the dress) comes to mid thigh and dress comes to below knee/almost midi length. Subtle ruffles in skirt area (see picture.) Skirt has very subtle asymmetrical cut, longer in front than sides. Elastic cinched waste. Dress is sheer, attached slip can be seen through. This is a perfect day-to-night classy but fun dress. Can be worn to work, happy hour, or even to more formal event like a wedding (originally bought for formal event and never wore it.)
