NWT Open Edit White Ruched Waist Short Sleeve

Reposhing this item I purchased from @a_efron. It's very cute, but I bought it in a bundle and it is too big for me. Size is marked as small, but fits much more like a medium or even large. Still has tags. Tried on once for size check, but I have never worn it as it is oversized on me. Questions? Leave a comment below!
