rjw0913 Can you tell me if the top is stretchy? I typically wear small but curious if I could make the xs work. Could you send the top’s portion’s measurements

charlestonsarah @rjw0913 It’s about 13.5 inches across the bust area. The front is not stretchy, but the back is fully smocked and stretchy. The least stretchy part of the back is the seam where the smocked area and ruffle area in the back meet/ where the zipper ends and the hook/eye closure is. But that area still stretches to 15.5 inches. Hope that helps!
