NWT, never even tried on! The material feels gauzy and is wrinkled from storage, but naturally has some wrinkles already because of the gauzy texture. Has elastic waistband. Probably some hairs on it too, thanks to my ever-shedding Pit Bull, I will try to remove it all before shipping! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
