New With Tags Black Old Navy Dress. So cute I got it in 4 colors but never wore the black! Hits around the knee. From top strap to bottom hem it is approx. 37.5 inches. Armpit to armpit is approx. 19inches. Material is very stretchy. 95% rayon/viscose 5% spandex/elastane. Can be worn casual, or dress it up with a necklace and heel. Perfect for summer!

nikkiw0102 @fireflyrd it does hang lower, but not too low. I usually wore a bandeau under it (I had this dress in multiple colors—this one is still new with tags). If my arms were down you couldn’t see it.
