New with tags. Purchased new in the early 8O's at a mall in Eugene, Oregon. Never displayed or played with. It has been stored in a box in a heated home. The legs move and make a "clippery clop" sound. Stamped Handcrafted on the bottom. Made with quality oak wood. Rack Box
