NWT O’Neill rash guard. XXS (fits youth 12)

Brand new with tags. This is actually a women’s XXS but fits like a kids size 12. It’s great to throw on over a swim suit so you don’t get burned in the water on a sunny day. Purchased for my daughter who wanted surf lessons, but she never ended up surfing.
