@tmontoyasandos hello! So sorry to keep you waiting!! I didn't see your post until now & have been trying to figure out how to contact you! I'm glad you posted!!! I will answer what I can...as I have never worn them, so I can't speak so to if they truly keep out water/snow. They are lined all the way to the toe though (and so so SUPER SOFT INSIDE!!!).
