NWT detached! Unfortunately they tied the tags right on the zipper so I had to remove it to try it on. It is too tight on me. Tags are included and can easily be re-attached back to the zipper. I have this in both black and navy blue, this listing is for the navy blue one. I ship asap. Comes from a clean, (recently) pet-free and always smoke-free home!
