NWT New York and Company White/Black/Black Dress Size XS

This dress is beautifully lined and has stretchy material. I LOVE NY&C!!!! If you’re old school then you know it used to be called Lerner. Where are my Casual Corner folks ? Lol Ok back to the dress. I would wear this one in all seasons. It’s great for a business event or lunch. How about during the winter with a cropped like jacket and some boots. I love the front with all of the colors and the back is solid. It has a zipper closure and a hook clip.
