New with tags NY&C dressy top. Prettiest hummingbird and floral pattern on a navy background. Somewhere between a cap sleeve and sleeveless, split neck with stand collar, and back zip. Fabric has some stretch like a scuba fabric but a little lighter weight. Super flattering cut. This top has a matching pencil skirt I’ve seen online that would look amazing together. Pit to pit and how deep of a split neck is in the pics. For myself I would have to wear an undershirt so this one unfortunately didn’t work out for me. Size medium.
