NWT Never worn WHBM Party Dress Size 8

Cute party dress, size 8 never worn with tags. Has nice waist rushing detail and halter detail at neck. Back is a zip closure with buttons on the neck. High neck and knee or just below length depending on height. Flowy skirt - lined - with small slits at the bottom making it a kick hem. Color is mainly black and white but there is some purple in there as well.
