NWT Navy Sequin Ruffled Prom Dress

NWT + original dust bag! NEVER WORN. I have only tried it on twice, as seen in the pictures. Prom dress. It is beautiful and in brand new condition. I am size 0/2, height 5’2. Since the dress is adjustable, it can fit 0/2/4 sizes. XS/S/M. I bought this from Group USA and was going to wear it to prom but I didn’t have enough confidence to show my shoulders at the time so I didn’t end up wearing this. I paid the price on the tag + tax so I got it more expensive than the tag price.
