🌺 NWT Navy Print Como Vintage Wrap Dress

Brand new with tags! Pretty little wrap dress has a navy blue background with dainty little white & coral print. Short sleeves. Wrap around with button fastener underneath to avoid shifting (see photo 8). Long tie on side. 3.5" ruffle around bottom that hikes up a bit in front. Size S. Armpit to armpit measures 18".
