NWT Navy Back Cutout Midi Shift Dress M

F21 Contemporary midi-length shift dress in medium. Has a loose, trapeze fit to hide any bumps, but also has adorable back cut-outs for some sass. Either way this breezy, unlined dress will help keep you cool in the summer heat! About 40-41" long from top of shoulder to bottom of rounded hem.
