NWT Nautica chambray anchor dress - Sz 24m

NWT Nautica dress, chambray (cotton/poly blend) with navy anchor print. Crossover spaghetti straps, pulls on. Elastic on the back. Tag says 2pc set but I only have the dress part, no diaper cover.
