NWT Naturalizer Black Heels Womens Size 12 missing 1/2 strap cut all or replace

Bought NWT - must be store return because missing half of strap on one shoe. Buyer would need to replace straps or cut other three and try to see if they work as slip ons. Beautiful shoes at a great price.
