NWT - no flaws. I loooove these pants, I have many pairs, but unfortunately these are not the right size. The pants are cut to your own length and have not been cut. They are made of drapey and stretchy cotton with a touch of spandex. Waist measures 11” unstretched, and 19.5” stretched. Inseam is 27” with a rise of 11”. These are seriously the most comfortable pants ever.
