nwscposh Hi @anitadom ! The measurement of size 18W from arm pit to arm pit is 20" laying flat and un-stretched. The total measurement is 40". For size 22W; the measurement from arm pit to arm pit is 22" laying flat and un-stretched. The total measurement is 44". I hope this helps!
