NWT - NAVY / BLACK JACQUARD WOOL / SILK SCARF / SHAWL Brand new never worn. Navy and black jacquard 70 % wool / 30% silk scarf or shawl as it is large. Hems have solid black strip and navy, with navy fringe. Fabric is super soft. Extremely elegant. Bought this at a new up and coming French designer event. I was introduced to the designer but for the life of me I cannot remember her name.
