NWT Muscle Cop Velcro Police Costume 👮‍♂️ Size 3T

Purchased new for Halloween this year with a no-return policy, but it’s too small for my 4 ½ yo. 😔 We never even tried on the hat or the belt. It’s hands-down the cutest cop costume out there!! 😍 I think it would fit a 3- or barely 4-year-old just fine, but it was just too small for my tall-ish dude. Zero flaws. Velcro closure.
