NWT Multiple colored striped / Button accent / Notch neck top

Beautiful multi colored striped top with decorative buttons. The top is NWT. Please note that the buttons are decorative and the top doesn’t open wider at the neck. This makes the top more difficult to put on IMO. Even though the top is advertised as a Large, it feels more like a small to medium.
