NWT Multi colored maxi dress

Abstract maxi dress. Main colors blues/red/peach/green; Red lining & bottom splits on both sides. Back zipper I noticed it stops approx 1" from bottom, due to sewn thread across. I didn't have problems getting in w/o that inch, but if you do, I assume you can unthread it. Bought from Dillard's for a special occasion but never worn. Now, don't like fit around stomach. Cost was $99.00 but on sale for $59.40
