NWT Modcloth/Anthropologie/Shulami Dress

NWT! Adorable medium green fitted dress by Shulami! Pleated bust and body, cute straps, cream waist (not a belt or tie). Lightly ribbed outer layer. Back zip. Says 100% cotton, but I think that's just for the outer layer; lining feels like poly. Tag says dry clean, but I tend to live dangerously and hand/gently machine wash. Not stretchy; very sturdy. Shulami was sold on both Modcloth and Anthropologie. Give it a steam- wrinkled from being packed in a box! B: abt 16.5" W: abt 15" L:abt 36.5"
