It’s time to move on from my closet because I am definitely not an off-white dress at parties kind of person. This measures 19 inches across at the chest. It is a halter style neckline, so it is adjustable at the neck. It also has an elastic size waistband, and a tie. This maxi dress is fully maxi. It measures 60 inches from the top of the dress to the bottom and I am 5 foot seven and I would require heels or hem this dress, if I were to wear it.
