NWT ModCloth Glam Goings Green Knit Ruffle Trim Dress Medium

This is the Glam Goings dress from Modcloth in size Medium. It's a green dress with a tie waist and ruffle trim. The condition is new-with-tags, but there are wrinkles from storage. The flat measurements are approximately 18" pit-to-pit, 14" waist, and 36" long. There is some stretch to this dress. My home is smoke-free but dog-friendly.
