@brneyedgurl hi! Measurements when lain flat are: Waist: 13.75 inches; hip: 15 1/2 inches; length: 25 1/2 inches. The material is stretchy and fits my 30in waist. The material is somewhat thin and the skirt is not lined, so I would wear a slip with it!
