pmoore2013 @ashleyanka hi, go to where it says you have received your order, will you accept, do not accept it. Click problem/order inquiry, click order not as described, click received incorrect item, you can then take a picture of what you got and describe the problem and then submit. They will send you a shipping label. I haven't received my label yet. But I know they will send it. I hope this helps, lmk if you have anymore questions. Thanks
