NWT Michigan State Spartan MSU Dog Bandana

Just purchased this for our dog, but after getting it home we realized it is the kind that attaches over a normal collar. Unfortunately we have a pug, and she always needs to wear a harness…and we live too far away from the store to return it. 🙁 We paid $17 for it… just hoping to recoup a little of our original expense. 💸 Size small/medium.
