bigberm40 @danielthomps866 These Hybrid Shorts are made of CORDURA FABRIC. Which is a high end indestructible, extremely durable fabric. Items made of this fabric value is automatically increased, clothes, shoes, etc... So the holes in the shorts are how water escapes from the pockets.

danielthomps866 @bigberm40 No I know what the material is I have the TRVLR enduro ones . But they don’t have those holes and nether does the green ones are you sure that’s not a factory flaw or soemthing else

bigberm40 @danielthomps866 Look in my closet for my Vuori Boardshorts "Taylor Knox" professional surfer's collection. In the pictures you will see similar holes. And in a picture around the hole it says "Vuori Water Tech", and on another picture of the tag it lists various features and one of the features is "Water Drainage Hole". They retail for almost $150 because of the fabric which is similar to CORDURA FABRIC.
