NWT hot pink fitted dress This dress is so cute. It’s fitted and has side ruching. It has a tulip hem along the bottom. The pic of it laying flat shows off the dress much better than how it shows on the mannequin (dress is a tad too small for the size 6 mannequin) See pics for measurements and fabrication.
