Outside is smooth and on the softer side - not “crunchy” like some slick fabrics Inside is super soft Nice and lightweight Thick zipper 2 front pockets with snaps Across chest 21”, stretches to 22” Base of back collar to hem 24-25” This item is from ABBA’s Second Chance Resale.
