NWT Marchesa Notte LBD

Stunning NWT Marchesa Notte black tiered one-shoulder silk cocktail dress, size 2. This is a gorgeous dress, but I am petite (5’2’’ish). I think it would do better on someone taller. If you look at the picture of it on me, the dress is wearing me. The tiered ruffles are a bit much for my height, but they would look stunning on someone with a few more inches! Offers welcomed!
