NWT Marchesa Notte Strapless Tulle Mermaid Gown, size 10. Details: Hidden back zipper Sweetheart neck Full-length mermaid skirt 100% nylon There are two loops sewn into the front of the dress to help hang it (see photo). The belt is not fully attached all the way around, it’s attached in certain spots which is the design of the dress, not a flaw. Some of the tulle on the bottom of dress are either frayed or slightly broken (see photos). They are not noticeable at all and blend into the flowy tulle.
