NWT Maeve Carnacion Textured Maxi Skirt

Beautiful sunflower yellow, 100% viscose, textured, maxi skirt. Expandable tie waist, and POCKETS! I love this skirt but sadly it's slightly too big for me. I'm hoping to find it a good home. Quality made, nice weight of the material. Waist is approx. 14" flat, length is about 32", the internal liner is about 21" from the top of the band. Just needs to be steamed!
